We are an energetic, friendly team dedicated to providing great houses in great locations for the students of Sheffield.
Our office is based in the city centre and we are always willing to help our tenants with any property queries they may have. Our team of dedicated Property Managers and Maintenance are available to answer any questions and quickly fix issues that may happen from time to time.
Our stylish loft apartment complex ‘Walsh Court’ has the reputation of “the best city centre student accommodation in Sheffield.” The cool warehouse style apartments have proved to be a hit with secure parking and awarded the green standard by the Uni of Sheffield for it’s carbon neutral heating system. Close to everything you could possible need for Uni life – an absolute winner!!

Our Properties
All our properties have been substantially renovated and we are very proud of the houses we have to offer.
Should you need any property maintenance during your stay with us, we have a team of friendly tradesmen on hand to promptly deal with problems, many of whom conducted the initial refurbishment and know the properties inside and out.
We take the responsibilities that come with providing homes to around 200 people seriously. All our houses are registered with the local authority and all gas and electric installations are certificated and checked and the paperwork provided to our Tenants.
Please get in touch if you require a shared house in Sheffield. We cater for all size of groups from 2 to 10 and would be happy to arrange a viewing for you. If you love your own company more than living with a group we have a gorgeous selection of studio and 1 bed apartments too…
